The District’s Facilities Goals Committee met on February 20, 2008 to review the Board revised school closure criteria data and have reached a decision to recommend closing University Elementary and Meadows Elementary in fall 2009.

Come to the meeting tonight (2/27/08) at University Elementary school at 6pm.
Let the Board know that we do not want schools unfairly targeted by a process that has been erratic and deeply flawed to date, for an outcome of questionable merit to sustain a budget process lacking in any other sign of fiscal restraint.
